DarnaCrowd

Darna Crowd, a real estate investment platform specialised in flipping premium properties on the Costa del Sol and the French Riviera.

A platform regulated and supervised by the CNMV under the European real estate crowdfunding framework.

⚠ Risk warning — Investing in participative real estate projects involves risks, including the risk of not receiving the expected interest, or losing part or all of the capital invested. Only invest money you do not need immediately, and diversify your investments.

DarnaCrowd is a crowdfunding platform specialised in real estate, licensed by the CNMV (Spanish National Securities Market Commission) as a Participative Financing Service Provider. Each project is housed in a dedicated company (SPV) incorporated in Spain under the European regulatory framework.

Past performance does not predict future performance. The success of an operation depends on real estate market conditions and the future performance of the property concerned. Crowdfunding services are not covered by the deposit guarantee scheme (directive 2014/49/EU) or by the investor compensation scheme (directive 97/9/EC).

We commit to maximum transparency on every project sheet. For any question about the risks associated with our projects, contact us at contact@darnacrowd.com.
